Everything has to go fast. A lot of bread we know from the supermarket or bakery has to be made quickly. Because time is money and, of course, it can always be made faster… by using unnecessary additives such as preservatives and emulsifiers.
We at SlooOW do not like fast. We like bread that tastes like real bread. Organic bread made with the best quality organic ingredients. We give our bread more than 24 hours to rise. More than a day to become the best, tastiest organic bread and stone baked for a delicious crispy crust.
